My Thoughts

For the Overall Welfare of North Karnataka Region

Alongside my vision to develop the Dharwad District, my dream is for an overall welfare & development of all the districts in the North-Karnataka region. A few major projects are –

  • Kudalasangama to be developed on par with Aksharadhama temple.
  • Kishkinda, the Birthplace of Hanuman to be given International significance.
  • Yellamanagudda to be developed as National religious center on par with Tirupathi Balaji Temple.
  • Government of India has to plan and spend for each event not less than 40,000 Crores Rupees.
  • Badami Pattadkal, Aihole & Lakkundi (UNESCO World heritage sites) to be maintained and made into a tourism hub alongside the above three places of religious importance.
  • Direct and In-Direct Employment opportunities can be created & generated and assistance can be provided for about 5 – 10 lakh people using Udyog (Job) Mela at all taluqs every year to resolve Unemployment issues.
  • Koushalya Abhivriddhi Kendra (Centre for Skill Development) for the creation of Employment should be developed by Central Govt.
  • Bagalkot – Kudchi (Belgavi Dist) Railway line should be completed & many more.
  • Since it is a Horticulture Hub every hobli should have big cold storage place for farmers.
  • Sugar (16 Factories) – Resolve issues pertaining to Sugar Cane growers and farmers permanently.
  • Mahadayi Project – Water resource for all the Districts, villages and taluqs dependent on it.
  • Government -Medical college, Law college, Nursing college, ITI college & Engineering college to be proposed.
  • Every taluq should have a Government Women's college.
  • District Home Science Food & Nutrition Technology College for Women and it may propose into a Food & Nutrition Central University.
  • All Govt. primary Schools must adapt LKG & UKG across all taluks.
  • To utilize hilly & wastelands across the districts - build Solar Power Stations.
  • Multi Specialty Cancer Hospital to be proposed in multiple districts.
  • Multi Sports complex proposed to be built in each district.
